ABOUT TNCO
Architecture for
living and working.
Considered spaces. Clear decisions.
Architecture, planning and construction, connected around your project.
The practice
We help homeowners, developers and businesses make more of the spaces they live and work in.
TNCO is a London-based architecture and construction practice. We work directly with you, bringing together a network of designers and collaborators to develop your brief, explore the possibilities and guide the decisions ahead.
What we do
From the first idea to
the practical detail.
New homes, extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments, interiors and commercial spaces.
Design
Feasibility studies, spatial planning and architectural design. We develop layouts, materials and details around your site, your priorities and the way the space will be used.
Planning
Planning applications, supporting drawings and practical guidance. We help you understand the constraints, develop the proposal and navigate the requirements relevant to your project.
Delivery
Technical design, project coordination and construction services. We connect design intent with the practical detail, with our role and scope agreed to suit each project.
