01. About this notice

Updated 19 September 2026

Who we are

TNCO is the trading name of Taha & Co. Architecture Limited, registered in England under company number 15329468. We are the controller of the personal information we use to operate tnco.uk and respond to project enquiries.

This notice covers website visitors and initial enquiries about our architecture and construction services. Project-specific information may also be explained in the documents provided when you appoint us.

Information you give us

Our enquiry form requires your name and email address. You may also provide your telephone number, project location or postcode, project type and message. We receive the correspondence and any information you choose to send when contacting us by email, telephone or WhatsApp. If you arrange a meeting through our online booking service, we also receive the booking details you provide.

You choose whether to contact us. Without the necessary contact and project information, we may be unable to respond or assess your enquiry. Please do not send identity documents, bank details, sensitive personal information or unnecessary information about other people through the initial enquiry form.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to discuss your requirements, answer questions and prepare a proposal where requested. Where you personally ask us to take steps towards an appointment, the relevant basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For general enquiries and business representatives, our legitimate interests are responding to requests and managing business relationships, balanced against your rights. Information required to meet a legal obligation is processed for that obligation.

Submitting an enquiry is not blanket consent to receive advertising. You may object to direct marketing at any time by contacting us.

02. Services, storage and cookies

Where information is handled

Our website, forms and online booking functions use Wix. Enquiry information is processed through Wix and made available to the people handling enquiries for TNCO. Email correspondence is held in the email services used to send and receive it; WhatsApp correspondence remains in that channel. We do not operate a separate external CRM for these enquiries.

Email, messaging and hosting providers process information to deliver their services. Information may also need to be disclosed to professional advisers or competent authorities where necessary for a legal obligation or a legal claim. If an enquiry progresses to a project, any additional project-related sharing will depend on the work and the parties involved.

International processing

Service providers may process information outside the UK. Wix’s Data Processing Addendum describes initial processing in Israel and onward transfers using applicable adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards, including UK-specific terms where relevant. You can read the Wix Data Processing Addendum or contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

How long information remains

We do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period to enquiry correspondence. Messages remain in the systems in which they are received. The continuing need to retain information depends on whether discussions or a project remain active, any agreed follow-up, and relevant legal, accounting or dispute requirements. You can ask us about the information we hold or request deletion using the contact details below. We will assess the request and explain any reason information needs to be retained.

Website data and cookies

Wix provides hosting, security, form functionality and site-usage reporting. These services can process technical information such as IP address, browser/device details and interactions with the website, and use cookies or similar technologies for their functions. Wix explains these technologies in its Privacy Policy.

We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag to understand visits and interactions with our website, including page views and enquiry form submissions. Optional analytics is controlled through our Usercentrics consent banner. You can accept or decline optional tracking and change your choice using Privacy Settings on the website. Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel are not connected through our Wix marketing integrations. This does not mean the website is cookie-free. You can control or remove cookies in your browser, although blocking them may affect website functions. Browser controls are separate from any consent required by law.

External websites and services, including WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn, have their own privacy practices when you choose to use them.

03. Your rights and contact

Your information rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, erase information, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable data protection law.

Right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your particular circumstances. You have an absolute right to object to use of your information for direct marketing.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise your rights, contact us below. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the applicable legal timeframe, explaining any permitted extension or restriction.

Contact and complaints

Email info@tnco.uk or call +44 7459 362610. Please explain your request or concern so that we can identify the relevant information and respond.

You can complain to us if you are concerned about our handling of your information. We will acknowledge and investigate complaints in accordance with applicable requirements and explain the outcome. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. The ICO recommends giving the organisation an opportunity to address the concern first.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our services or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
